Can I use a broker to talk to you?

When you find a domain name listed on the website of pronamer.com, you are encouraged to directly talk to us. Try not to use other brokers or agents, particularly godaddy or other big companies as your agents. Why? These big agents do not care much about a potential transaction. We often times refuse to work with godaddy when they bring a prospective buyer because their agents are not as caring as other individual brokers who have a genuine monetary interest in a possible deal for which they tend to work much harder. Those individual brokers tend to be more knowledgeable about domain name appraisal or evaluation and they are more likely to know the value of a domain name. So certainly you are welcome to retain an individual broker. There are many for you to choose from.

Your price is too high.

Try not to be intimidated by the listed prices which may look higher than what you expected. In this case, first, get the domain name appraised by a couple of appraisers (do not use bots? Do not count on estibot.com which domain investors or domainers know is not as reliable as others.). So by doing this, you will know the value of the domain name interesting you. Second, there is more often than not some leeway for us and domain name owners to offer you a better deal. You can simply ask us to confirm that the current price is valid and if it is higher than expected, feel free to counteroffer what you would like to pay and we can work from there.

Is your price fixed?

The listed prices change from time to time. You can watch the change if you want to. But the best way to get informed is to ask us for the current price.

Can I retain you as my broker to buy a domain name for me?

Yes. You will kindly pay us a $120 retainer with your credit card or another means of payment to engage us to help bridge a deal. This $120 will be part of the 10% commission after a deal is successfully made. This fee is non-refundable because the work as your broker will be completed for you no matter the name is secured or not.
