Last year sometime we backordered a domain name, and then the ordering service will expire in October.  It is nice to receive a reminder from the company that it will automatically renew the domain back ordering service.  We did not mean to automatically renew the service.  They set it up so they have an excuse to charge a fee to our credit card.

Then we logged in our account and try to disable the automatic renewal settings.  But in no way could we disable it.  We tried to see if we can cancel this service.  We could not do that either.   Then we tried to see if we can cancel our account.  But that could not be done either.  So we are trapped.  There is a number we might to call.  Good luck to us.
